Agreement Terms

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the subscription-based software reseller program (the "Program") offered by Techycrocs Software Solutions (the "Company"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed application through the Company's website. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Upon approval, you will be granted access to a reseller account (the "Account") on the Company's platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials.

As a reseller, you are eligible for discounted pricing on the Company's software subscriptions. The specific discount rates will be communicated to you upon enrollment and may be subject to change at the Company's discretion.

You may only resell the Company's software subscriptions to end-users for their internal business use. Reselling to other resellers or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

You are authorized to market and promote the Company's software subscriptions using approved marketing materials provided by the Company. All marketing activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations set by the Goverment of India.

You may set your own prices for the Company's software subscriptions, but they must not be lower than the minimum advertised price (MAP) set by the Company. Payments for subscriptions sold by you will be made in accordance with the Company's payment terms.

You are responsible for providing first-level customer support to your customers. The Company will provide you with training to assist you in this regard. Rest of the things will be taken care of the company Tech Team after raising support tickets.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company. Upon termination, you must cease all marketing and sales activities related to the Company's software subscriptions.

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms shall be settled and adjudicated exclusively by the courts of Maharashtra in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles
